Is the graphics card AGP or PCI-Express?

Also what form factor is the mother board?

U dont by any chance have a link for the specs of the motherboard? Just would be handy to take a look at! Need to know the type of RAM it supports to make sure it works with mine!

depends what you are using to cool it
the airflow is really good, vents everywhere
if you are worried about cooling I recommend using watercoolers
they beat fans anyday

pci card that hooks to vhs recorder so you can convert your vhs to dvd(have to find the name on this one) 10euros
